Allie & Josh

Allison and Josh's wedding was a lot of fun to shoot so I knew we were going to get great photos. My philosophy of shooting is if people are having a good time then good photos usually follow and their wedding was no exception. The real star of the show however was Allison's little girl who just got a new dad and you could tell her excitement during the new father daughter dance with Josh. The Mavris was an amazing venue and we had a great view of downtown for some twilight shots. Congrats to all three of you as you start your new lives as a family!

Watching the groom's face when he sees his bride walk down the aisle never gets old and Erick's face did not disappoint! They were married on a sunny day in a garden in Avon with their first dance under the stars. Later they walked through the gardens illuminated by candles and talked so only the two of them could hear. Congratulations to you both on a fantastic start to your lives together!

This couple was a lot of fun to photograph. We dodged the rain for most of the day trying to get photos. Kara had such a good attitude about it and I really wanted to get her some amazing photos on her wedding day. There wasn't a sunset and not much of a twilight, but it was drizzling. We took what we were given and made something special that they'll be able to share for the rest of their lives. Congratulations to Kara and Mike. Lauren & Clay

Lauren and Clay's wedding was a West Coast meets East Coast kind of event. Lauren is from New Jersey and I'm originally from California all meeting in the Midwest! Their family did an amazing job on all the details for their wedding! Later that evening at sunset we went into a neighboring field with hay bales and captured their new lives together as astride couple. I loved being a part of their special day.
