This was probably one of the longest walks in the history of a bride walking down the isle! I got to say though it was worth it cause the view is amazing here! Taylor and Alan were married under the trees a little outside of Indianapolis at Hidden Brook Acres. Be sure you use Google maps however otherwise you'll end up somewhere else (I may or may not have done this). The sunset was amazing tonight! I put them in a field of wildflowers and nearly fell over with excitement when I saw the images! Taylor loved the weeping willow, even though we were not allowed right up to it since it was on the neighbors lawn I was able to get some great photos using my telephoto lens which really brings the background in while blurring it out a bit. At the end of the first dance Taylor dipped Alan which was quite funny!
Emily & Colton
One of the things I love about weddings is all the friends and family that come from all over and spend it with the couple on their special day. Emily and Colton had a first look so they were able to spend the majority of the day together with their friends, and there were a lot of them! There were lots of amazing details that went into making their day special. Talk about an amazing sunset! We snuck out during their reception when the light was just right and took some pictures of just to two of them in the vineyard. I can't think of a better way to end the day than sunset pictures in the vineyard!
Morgan & Eric Wedding
Its not everyday you get an amazing cloudy sky, rain and sunshine all in the same day but thats exactly what Morgan and Eric had on their wedding day! Such a fun day celebrating their new lives together. The Hawthorns Country Club was a great backdrop for their wedding day since they had to move the ceremony indoors due to the rain. I can't tell you how amazing their wedding day was, I always get excited when I start editing and see all the images again. Congratulations you two!
Sarah & Stephen
What an amazing day for a wedding! The weather couldn't have been better! Sarah and Stephen and a pre-wedding bridal shoot and first look at Newfields. I didn't know this but Sarah has 4 older brothers so of course I had to have Stephen get his picture with them all! After What a fun day and I wish them both the very best!
Lauren & Thomas
One of the reasons I love weddings is what a happy occasion they are. The mood is infectious and Lauren and Thomas had a happy wedding! Their ring bearers rode in on small John Deere tractor, a job they took very seriously! We had some amazing colors for twilight so of course we had to take advantage of them!
Hillary & Matthew
Hillary and Matthew had a gorgeous Avon Gardens wedding. Their florals really made the difference. So many details that came together into an amazing wedding day. Avon Gardens continues to amaze me with no two weddings being the same. Hillary and Matthew danced on the terrace under an beautiful sky and ended the evening with a sparkler sendoff!
Elizabeth & Mark
As amazing and picture perfect Elizabeth and Mark's wedding their ring bearer and flower girl completely stole the show! The littlest flower girl didn't want to take pictures so she crossed her arms and wouldn't take any until I did a disappearing flower illusion for her! The ring bearer fell asleep on his way down the isle and the oldest flower girl danced and went through the glowing stick line at the end of the night cheered on by everyone! Despite the rain and a total of maybe 4 minutes, we were able to get some amazing twilight pictures. The sky was amazing with the rain clouds behind them. I would be remiss if I didn't mention the guitarist who played the entire day. He is classical trained and did a fantastic job! Such an amazing day with a great couple! I wish you both the best of luck together!
Sonia & Richard
Sonia and Richard's wedding was amazing! Watching them interact on their wedding day was so much fun! I loved being able to sneak them away and get some pictures of the outside of the Marrott, although the piano was a great location too! I loved their reaction during the first look. Richard had a little surprise sewn into his jacket lining! Thank you guys for letting me be a part of your big day!
Laura & Matt
I tell my couples at the engagement shoot that the time will fly by and their wedding will be here before you know it. I think I need to start telling myself that because the time flew by! Larua wore a gorgeous blush wedding dress that went great with Matt's blue tux. It literally snowed all day so when we got to their reception I just had to take a few photos in the snow! They were great sports and waded ankle deep in snow to get a few photos. Not a big deal for this bride since she brought her rubber boots! Later it stopped snowing but we went out for some twilight photos anyway and I'm glad we did! Congratulations you two!
Jennifer & Max
I couldn't have asked for a better day for a wedding. The sky cleared up, the wind died down and Jennifer and Max got married! After a ceremony at a local church they headed downtown to the skyline club where their DJ Mark from Grapevine helped them dance the night away on top of the world! Congratulations you two, you're perfect for each other!
